Lucio Cioffi

Lucio has been in real estate for over 30 years. He is the Broker of Record and property management coordinator at Kinsby Real Estate. His extensive property management portfolio started when his clients asked him to manage residential investment properties that they owned. Lucio now manages several medium to large commercial and residential condominiums while continuing to trade in real estate. Lucio is licenced by RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) as a broker and the CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) as a Condominium Management Provider.

Lucio is also fluent is English, Italian and Spanish.
